We meticulously inspect every facet of the home—from foundation to chimney top and all systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical. We provide a clear, detailed report of our findings, complete with color photographs, and we encourage you to ask questions. We want to make sure you understand every item that may be reported. Inspector Apprenticeship

Inspectors are required to participate in the Fox Mountain Property Inspections program for several months prior to evaluating a home on their own.

Additional Education

Mold and Thermal Imaging training and certification is required along with annual Industry specific training.
